VBC or Velvetbean caterpillars are eating on our peanut foliage now.

Fortunately we have good big vines in most fields so the can stand a good many foliage feeders but some fields are needing treatment. Loopers are abundant as well.  Some folks say the 2 caterpillars look alike but VBC have 4 sets of legs so they don’t loop, and the legs at the very tail point almost straight out. Also VBC go crazy when you mess with them. Here’s a video below we took of this.
